In most cases we can begin a discovery sprint within 1 to 2 weeks of signing the contract. For team extensions, the team can be fully integrated within 3 weeks, joining your standups, getting tool access, and picking up first tickets.

We work best on engagements of at least 3 months with a team of 2 or more engineers. We can do shorter discovery sprints (2 to 4 weeks) to validate fit before committing to a longer engagement. We don't take on one-off tasks or isolated small tickets.

Yes, always. We sign NDAs before any detailed technical discussion. We can work with your standard NDA or use our own. IP ownership is fully assigned to you — we retain no rights to anything built for you.

Pakistan (PKT, UTC+5) overlaps with Central European Time (CET, UTC+1) during core business hours, typically 9 AM to 2 PM CET. Our team adjusts their schedule to maximize that overlap. We join daily standups, respond to Slack messages promptly, and are available for calls during European business hours.

Yes. We offer a fixed-price 2-week discovery and trial sprint for new clients. You get a deliverable — whether that's a codebase assessment, a working prototype, or a set of completed tickets — and you can evaluate the team's quality and communication before committing to a longer engagement.

We integrate into your existing workflow rather than imposing our own. That means your Jira or Linear board, your Slack workspace, your Git repo. You get daily async standups, a weekly sync call, and access to your assigned engineers directly — no intermediaries.
